Q. How should I place my order if I am an existing customer who has ordered in store but never made an online purchase?
A. Make sure that you use your same email or phone number that is on file with us already so that duplicate accounts are not created.
Q. What is the pick up in store shipping option?
A. This option is for our customers who live close enough that they can come pick up the item in store to save on freight. If this option is selected we will notify when the item is ready for pick up in store so you do not have any freight charges.
Q. Can you bring items to the track for me?
A. Order the item, select pick up in store, and either leave a note or email us and we can bring it to Lima, Montpelier, or whatever track we are going to be at if you are their too. We will confirm via email that we will have the item or not if your order is placed in time.
Q. Where are items shipping from?
A. Some items will be coming from our warehouse, and some will be coming from our location in Albion.
Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
A. If you are located in Indiana you have to pay Indiana sales tax unless you have an exemption that has been set up with us prior to your order. Q. Are there any exceptions to the free shipping policy?
A. If there are overweight or oversize items we reserve the right to not give free shipping on an order. You will be notified via email if that is the case? Only items to the continental United States will be eligible. We reserve the right to exclude any item from free shipping if there was a mistake in the shipping calculation
Q. How will items be shipped?
A. All items will be either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. We reserve the right to use another shipping service as long as we meet the time requirements of the order.
Q. When do items ship out?
A. We will ship your item out same day if you order before 3 pm. Some orders placed after the cutoff will be processed, but they are not guaranteed. In times when we are busy we cannot guarantee that they will go out same day, but you will be notified if that is the case
