ARP accessory stud kits include the required number of studs for each application, washers, and either hex or 12-point nuts. Studs have a unique nut starter radius that helps prevent cross-threading, and are either black oxide coated or stainless steel. The 300 stain-less material is not affected by extreme heat, eliminating retempering due to exhaust temperature cycles. Stud kits listed are rated at 170,000 PSI tensile strength.
